In the past, he managed and organized CNC machine production, optimized manufacturing processes, designed and produced automated equipment, and focused on testing and evaluating proposed methods. Thanks to high-quality and efficient work, he gained customers from demanding industries such as automotive, energy, marine vessels, vacuum technology, and more. For the marine industry, he managed demanding orders, including material testing and production under the supervision of acceptance inspectors from companies like Det Norske Veritas, Germanischer Lloyd, Lloyds Register, Bureau Veritas. For LMP1 (Hypercar) race cars, he organized the production of newly developed parts. He has been involved with nanomaterials since 2013.

Longest races – Rally Dakar – 5 years our products and modifications have been at Dakar + 2x we participated as a service team for several racing teams. We have approximately 100 applications on Dakar special vehicles.

Inspection, Laboratory, Development, and Testing
We repeatedly check the results of our work.
We utilize our laboratory as well as the laboratories of our partners. We use advanced microscopy, including SEM, metallography, various types of spectroscopy, strength and hardness testing, 2D & 3D measurements, tribological testing, and chemistry.
We design testing methods. Simulations of external conditions on the product – thermal and climatic tests, thermal shocks, corrosion and vibration tests. Simulations of various processes in terms of friction, wear, and strength of components.
We conduct retrospective analyses and identify causes of defects. We have been collecting data from various races, from Dakar to circuit racing for cars and motorcycles, for years. We collaborate with universities, the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, and researchers.
We design solutions, changes, and modifications that we can implement immediately.
We work on racing machines that have won World Championships and set the absolute world speed record.
